1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the personal betting account registered by the User on the ruko77 platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds (in Indonesian Rupiah) available in the User's Account at any given time, including deposited funds, winnings, and active bonuses.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by the User on a sports event, casino game, slot game, or other gaming product offered by ruko77.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, or other incentive provided by ruko77 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by ruko77 to confirm the User's identity, age, and address before processing withdrawals.
• "Platform" or "Service" means the ruko77 website (https://ruko77.cam) and all associated services, including mobile browser interfaces, betting products, casino games, customer support, and payment systems.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered (bet) before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn from the User's Account.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on ruko77, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein.
3. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling and sports betting.
4. All information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the ruko77 Service. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the ruko77 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.3 Jurisdiction

ruko77 primarily serves players residing in Indonesia. You confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your place of residence and that you are accessing the Platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws. You acknowledge that ruko77 operates under an international offshore license and that it is your responsibility to ensure your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to register only one (1) Account on ruko77. Multiple accounts registered by the same person (including accounts using different names, addresses, or devices) are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same User, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, and forfeit all balances.

3.5 Restricted Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or use the ruko77 Service:

• Employees of ruko77, its affiliates, partners, or service providers
• Immediate family members of the above
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal
• Persons who have been previously banned or excluded from ruko77 or any affiliated platform

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your ruko77 Account
• Not share your login credentials with any third party
• Notify ruko77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account
• Log out from your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. ruko77 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ruko77 is required to verify the identity of all Users as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and regulatory compliance obligations. Before processing your first withdrawal, we will require you to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID (KTP), passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• In some cases, a selfie holding your ID and a handwritten note with the current date and "ruko77"

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension. All documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ruko77 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1-5 minutes. You agree that:

• All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name
• Third-party deposits (from another person's account) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees
• ruko77 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• You have completed the KYC verification process
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available Balance (excluding any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements)
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000

ruko77 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5-15 minutes during operational hours (24/7 in WIB timezone). Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the receiving bank. We do not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank may apply receiving fees.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

ruko77 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to:

• Request additional documentation to verify the source of deposited funds
• Delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities
• Close Accounts engaged in money laundering or other illegal activities

As a general rule, you must wager (turnover) your deposited funds at least once (1x) before requesting a withdrawal. This prevents the Platform from being used as a money transfer service.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ruko77 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting a bonus, you agree to those specific terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager (bet) the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit amount a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount. Specific requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements:

• Slots and scratch cards: 100% contribution
• Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat): 10% contribution
• Live casino games: varies by game (typically 10-20%)
• Sports betting: varies by odds (typically bets with odds below 1.50 do not contribute)

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

While wagering bonus funds, the following restrictions apply:

• Maximum bet per round/spin: Rp 25.000
• Prohibited bet types: certain low-risk betting strategies (e.g., betting both red and black in roulette) may void the bonus
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• Bonuses have an expiration period (typically 7-30 days from issuance) stated in the promotion terms

6.4 Bonus Abuse

ruko77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players. All decisions regarding bonus abuse are final.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Conduct

When placing bets on ruko77, you agree to:

• Accept the odds and bet limits displayed at the time of bet placement
• Acknowledge that once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified
• Understand that technical errors (wrong odds, incorrect results) may result in bet voidance
• Bet in good faith without exploiting system errors or using automated betting software

7.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting (including football, basketball, tennis, badminton, and E-sports):

• All bets are settled based on the official result at the time the match concludes
• If a match is abandoned or postponed by more than 48 hours, all bets are void unless otherwise stated
• Live in-play betting odds update in real-time; accept that there may be slight delays
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to be successful. If any selection is void, the odds for that selection revert to 1.00

7.3 Casino and Slot Games

For casino games, live casino, and slot games:

• All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer feeds from licensed studios
• Game outcomes are final once the round is complete
• If a technical malfunction occurs (game freeze, connection loss), ruko77 will investigate and settle the round fairly based on server logs
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain games (typically stated in the game info)

7.4 Bet Settlement Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact customer support within 14 days of the bet settlement. ruko77 will review the dispute and make a final decision based on official results and game logs. All decisions are final and binding.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ruko77 platform:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, fake IDs, or engaging in any form of financial fraud
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, especially in poker or live casino games
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across platforms to guarantee profit without risk
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one Account to circumvent betting limits, claim multiple bonuses, or evade account restrictions
• Money Laundering: Using ruko77 to transfer, disguise, or legitimize funds obtained through illegal means
• Abuse of Errors: Intentionally exploiting system errors, incorrect odds, or game malfunctions for profit
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes after depositing funds and placing bets

If ruko77 detects any of the above activities, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your Account, void all bets, confiscate all funds (including deposits and winnings), and report the activity to relevant authorities. No refunds will be provided in cases of prohibited activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While ruko77 strives to provide uninterrupted service 24/7, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, server failures, or third-party infrastructure issues (including payment provider outages or internet connectivity problems).

9.2 Data Accuracy

ruko77 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information on the Platform (odds, game results, account balances) is accurate. However, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any information displayed. In the event of an error, ruko77 reserves the right to correct the error and settle bets based on correct information.

9.3 Third-Party Content

The Platform may display content provided by third parties, including game providers, sports data feeds, and payment processors. ruko77 is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of third-party content. Links to external websites do not imply endorsement.

9.4 Financial Loss

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that losses are a normal part of gambling and that ruko77 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur while using the Platform. 9.5 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ruko77's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining Balance (subject to wagering requirements and KYC verification). Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

10.2 Termination by ruko77

ruko77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Your Account remains inactive (no login or betting activity) for more than 12 consecutive months
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

Upon termination, any remaining Balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or liabilities. Bonuses and pending bets may be voided.

10.3 Inactive Account Fees

If your Account remains inactive (no login or betting activity) for more than 12 consecutive months, ruko77 may charge an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. We will notify you by email before applying such fees.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ruko77 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Service, you must first contact ruko77 customer support at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within 14 business days. If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to our licensing authority or an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service.

11.3 Limitation Period

Any claim or dispute must be raised within 6 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period will not be considered.
